How & When is my product going to be delivered?
After we receive confirmation of your payment & order we will use your email address (automatically shown with the order) to send you your product's download links. We usually sent you the link on the day of purchase (it range's from one to three business days).
How safe is my personal information?
Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the check out process. You can identify the security system by scrolling down at your cart page and spoting the (SSL) Icon.
How do I apply a promotional code to my order?
At the bottom of your cart page you will find a section labeled “Apply Coupon.” Enter your code there, and you will see the change this made to your order reflected on your checkout page.
Can I send my order as a gift?
You can! Please make a note in the Special Nore Instructions field (at your cart page) that you would like your order to be shipped at a different email adress as a gift order. You may include a gift message and we will include it in our email with no list prices.
How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?
To view the contents of your cart, click on the “YourCart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen to reveal your quick cart view from which you can select ''View Cart''. Once you click on the button, you can easily make any adjustments before checkout.
Can I request a refund or exchange a product after purchase?
Due to the nature of downloadable content this option is not available if there is no issue with the product as there is no certification that the product will not be used. Moreover, depending on the issue we can offer a partial refund so please contact us and give us details but please do keep in mind that we are not responsible for end user software limitations as we have no control.
